Getting Help While You're at the Tables

Team online

Live Chat During Sessions

If a table disconnects mid-round or a bet does not settle correctly, open live chat directly from the lobby page. Our team checks the hand history and updates your account accordingly.

Account Wallet Queries

Chip top-ups that do not reflect at the table are handled through your account wallet section. Share your transaction reference and we reconcile it against the studio provider's records.

Studio Stream Issues

A blurry or frozen dealer feed usually clears by switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data or refreshing the table. If the issue stays, contact support with the table name and time so we can log it with the provider.

cikgu99 What Our Live Casino Studio Covers

What Our Live Casino Studio Covers

The live casino studio section at cikgu99 carries tables across every major category — Baccarat variants from Evolution and Asia Gaming, Classic Blackjack with multiple seat limits, Gold Roulette with side-bet options, and Dragon Tiger for players who prefer a faster deal pace. Pragmatic Play Live adds its own Mega Wheel and Speed Baccarat rooms. Every stream runs at broadcast quality, and

the table list refreshes so you can see which seats are open before you join. Players in Kuala Lumpur reach the lobby in seconds on any mobile browser — no separate app required to access the full table range.

HOW WE RUN THIS

How cikgu99 Keeps the Live Studio Fair

Every live casino studio provider we carry operates its own certified shuffle and deal procedures. We do not modify game outcomes — what you see from the dealer camera is what settles your bet. RTP figures are displayed only where the studio provider publishes them directly inside the game interface, so you never see a number we invented.

Provider-Certified Dealing

Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live run their own independent dealing protocols with certified card shuffles and verified camera feeds. We carry the stream as-is — no interference from our end.

RTP Shown Only Where Published

We only display RTP data where the studio provider exposes it inside the game itself. If a table's RTP is not shown in the interface, we do not invent one — you see the same number the studio publishes.

Account Verification Before Withdrawal

Before your first live casino withdrawal processes, account verification confirms your identity. This step protects your balance and keeps the withdrawal path clean for every payout after that.

Session History in Your Account

Every live table round you play is logged under your account history. If a round outcome looks wrong, the record is there — share it with support and we check it against the provider's game log.

Live Casino Studio Terms You Should Know

01
What is a live casino studio?

A dedicated filming facility where real dealers run table games on camera. The stream is sent to your device in real time, and your bets interact with the actual hand being dealt.

02
What does 'squeeze' mean in live baccarat?

A squeeze is a dealing style where the dealer slowly bends and reveals the card edges for suspense. It is a visual feature — the outcome is determined the same way as a standard deal.

03
What is a side bet in live blackjack?

An optional wager placed alongside the main hand, such as Perfect Pairs or 21+3. Side bets pay at different odds and are settled independently of whether you win or lose the main hand.

04
What does RNG mean in a live casino context?

RNG stands for Random Number Generator. In live casino, physical cards and wheels determine outcomes — RNG is only used for virtual side games or bonus rounds embedded within a live table stream.

05
What is a no-commission baccarat table?

A baccarat variant where Banker wins pay even money instead of the standard 0.95:1. The house edge is maintained differently, usually by reducing the payout on specific Banker totals like six.

06
What does 'early payout' mean in live blackjack?

Some live blackjack tables offer a cash-out option before all dealer cards are revealed. You accept a calculated settlement rather than waiting for the hand to finish, similar to a sports cash-out feature.

Common Questions About Our Live Casino Studio

Our live lobby runs tables from Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live and Asia Gaming. Each studio brings its own room designs, dealer styles and table variants — so you get genuine variety rather than the same table reskinned.

Yes. The full live table lobby loads on any current Android or iOS mobile browser. No separate download is needed — open the lobby from your mobile browser and the stream scales to your screen automatically.

Your account wallet balance is what you use at the table. Top up via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost or GrabPay through the deposit section, then head to the live lobby — your chip stack reflects the balance in your account.

If your connection drops mid-round, the bet you placed is still active on the server side. Reconnect to the same table and the round result will be reflected in your account history. Contact support if the settlement looks wrong.

Table minimums vary by room and provider. Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live each publish their limits inside the game lobby before you sit — check the table details panel so you pick a seat that fits your session.

Winnings settle to your account wallet. From there, request a withdrawal through the cashier, complete any required account verification step if prompted, and funds route back via your registered payment method — including Touch 'n Go eWallet or GrabPay where applicable.
